From the 16th August to the 9th September we have some members of staff on annual leave, so we'll be handling warranty repairs in store with a 3-5 day turnround, and general servicing will be available in-store with a 4-7 day turnaround. We're still offering one-on-one training in an abbreviated format with new machines, or in the normal form when Renzo returns. Home calls are unfortunately not available for a couple of weeks, and we'll be processing some breakdown repairs (eg. massive failure) off-site, so these may take additional time.

We have accumulated an extensive experience in repairing domestic coffee machines. Since excellence in customer care is our main goal, we offer what no other coffee centre in Sydney does: a fast, efficient, in-house repair and technical services, that does not make a hole in your pocket!

Repair is guaranteed within 72 hours if parts are available in stock. With any emergencies, we endeavor to fix your machine within 24 hours. Normally, all parts are available on premises; you can also purchase parts and sometimes do it your self with our support, thus saving you the extra buck. Our technician will call you before proceeding with an expensive repair, and will give you 3 months warranty on his labour work & parts should a breakdown occur again.

Espresso Machine Repair and Servicing at Home

If you do not wish to carry the machine to our workshop, we come to you! We can perform general service on your machine, or repair non-complex breakdowns at the convenience of your own kitchen. If the machine cannot be repaired on site, we will take it to our workshop, and endeavour to provide you with a substitute machine for the time been (subject to availability).
