Freshly Roasted Arabica Coffee Beans
Di Bartoli freshly roasted 100% Arabica beans are custom roasted by our master roaster Hazel De Los Reyes to create a wide range of exciting blends and single origins.
Beans can be freshly ground to match your coffee maker and are express posted in vacuum sealed bags anywhere in Australia.
There is something here for every palate, from the strong, Italian espresso-style dark roast of our Benito blend to the honeycomb flavour of our Colombian Single Origin. We all have our favourites, but why not explore something different this time as well?
Beans are roasted every Tuesday and are available in-store on Wednesday, only 24 hours old! You can choose the best day of the week for you for a pick up / delivery, to ensure your beans are the feshest they can be!
Single Origin of the Month - Sumatra Blue Batak
This Sumatra Blue Batak is one of the more exciting and complex Single Origins coming out of Sumatra.
When brewed as an espresso, at a Full City roast, this coffee is dynamite. Its Aroma, combines ceder and herbs with woody notes, violets, lilac lime, and hints of strawberries. In its
flavor, you can find anything from a Papaya and Mango, to hints of lavender and fresh
tobacco leaves.

Signature Blend (Di Bartoli House Blend)
Mainly composed of high-altitude Central American coffees (Costa Rica, Panama & Colombia), the Signature sings loud and clear in Espressos. Clean crispy acidity is its hallmark, but it turns into a comforting caramel and butterscotch with the addition of milk. Medium strength - good for espresso, great with milk.

Benito Secret Blend
Styled after a classic Northern Italian roast, the Benito is well-balanced with enough sweetness to carry through some fruity acidity and a smooth finish. An all-rounder that delights as
a short black, but also gives a malty sweetness to milky coffees.

Sweet Maria Blend
The Sweet Maria blend is composed of organic Uganda White Nile and Brazil Yellow Bourbon. Expect a syrupy mouth feel courtesy of the slow-roasted Uganda, and nutty notes from the Brazil. Ristretto rogues will find the extra sweetness rewarding. Mild, good for Ristretto.

Single Origin - Peru FT Organic COOPARM
FAIRTRADE ORGANIC
This Organic bean is grown at the North East region of Peru, in the Amazonas, at an altitude of 1900m aboves sea level. The Coorpetaive is named: Rodriguez de Mendoza,and the type is Bourbon, Caturra. COOPARM was founded in 1990 and has more than 300 members. The cooperative provides a variety of social service programs to its members, including providing education support, credit to members, and an emergency relief fund for members' medical care.
