Espresso making is an art. Not only we are required to master control over variables like the right blend, the right grind, the right coffee quantity and the right tamp, but also need a machine that allows us a control over those variables, a machine that provides a reasonable thermal stability with sufficient pressure both for brewing and for steaming.
Our smallest domestic machine has a 250ml boiler, which unlike other domestic machines with a thermoblock, contains sufficient amount of water for brewing, slowly heated up and provides a better temperature control over brewing, thus minimizing the risk of either burning or under-extract the coffee.
We have carefully chosen our range of machines based on their brewing technology, structure and components quality, performance and spare parts availability. We have also considered the machine’s value for money.
All combined, these domestic machines represent the best in the Australian market today. Models displayed and demonstrated in our shop are normally a representative of each price level, however, all other models can be ordered in, and picked up the following day.
