Di Bartoli Home Barista School
Di Bartoli is the first and only Home Barista School in Australia that caters specifically for the Home Barista market. As more and more Australians are developing a passion for good coffee and the art of making espresso in their homes, we have tailored a unique program that assists home connoisseurs to develop their skills, their passion and their palate.
Whether you're in the market for a new machine yet overwhelmed by the choices and look for guidance and hands on experience before taking the decision, or whether you've purchase a machine but not quite sure how to produce consistently great espresso, we have the right format of training for you!
All our workshops are conducted by the best trainers in the industry: either Australian Champion Baristas or Accredited Barista Trainers.
Our Home Barista School offers the following workshops:
- One on One Training: any time convenient to you within trading hours (except Saturdays), including Thursdays nights (open until 8pm).
- Basic Home Barista Workshop: TBA
- Advanced Home Barista Workshop: TBA
- Latte Art Workshop: TBA

One on One Home Barista Training
More and more Australians are developing a passion about good coffee and the art of making espresso in their homes. The choice of quality home machines is ever increasing, making a selection difficult. Di Bartoli's aim is to make that decision easier, and then to provide the tools and the skills to enable the home Barista to make consistently great coffee.
You can bring your own machine and grinder if it is a make that is not in our range, or use our own demo units.

Basic Home Barista Workshop
Teaming up with Di Bartoli is Hazel De Los Reyes, the Australian Champion Barista of 2005 and NSW Champion Barista of 2006. Hazel is also an Artisan Roaster and a qualified trainer who trains both domestic users and commercial Baristas and is equally at home on quality domestic or full commercial espresso machines..

Advanced Home Barista Workshop
This course is for home baristas who have mastered the basics of their machine, and is focused on refining techniques through a combination of group tuition, discussion, and one on one help. You can either bring your own machine and grinder, or book one of the Di Bartoli espresso machines (and your choice of grinder) on a first-come, first-served basis.

Latte Art Courses with Scottie Callaghan
Our latte art classes are run by Scott Callaghan - Australian Barista Champion 2007 and World Latte Art Champion 2006.
Scottie will challenge your artistic inspirations and perfect your Barista presentation skills! We are excited to have him aboard, and we are confident that every minute of the workshop will be both entertaining and educational, leaving no stone in the Latte Art field unturned!
